Samsung Launches Galaxy S26 FE in India at ₹79,999
Samsung priced the Galaxy S26 FE at Rs 79,999 in India for 8GB RAM and 256GB storage, with sale from Sept. 18 in Pistachio, Blueberry and Graphite.

NEW DELHI - Samsung Electronics Co. on Monday priced the Galaxy S26 FE at Rs 79,999 in India for an 8-gigabyte RAM and 256-gigabyte storage configuration, bringing the Fan Edition successor to the S25 FE to sale from Sept. 18 through Samsung’s e-store, major e-commerce sites and select retail partners in Pistachio, Blueberry and Graphite.

The phone pairs a 6.7-inch FHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a 120-hertz refresh rate and peak brightness of up to 1,900 nits with Samsung’s Exynos 2500 processor, built on a 3-nanometer process. A 4,900 milliamp-hour battery supports 45-watt wired charging, 15-watt wireless charging and Wireless PowerShare. Samsung says a 45-watt adapter can reach about 69 percent charge in roughly 30 minutes. The handset measures 161.6 by 76.9 by 7.4 millimeters, weighs 193 grams and carries an IP68 dust-and-water rating.

Cameras follow the familiar FE triple-rear layout: a 50-megapixel wide camera with optical image stabilization, a 12-megapixel ultrawide and an 8-megapixel telephoto with 3x optical zoom, plus a 12-megapixel front camera. Software ships with Android 17 and One UI 9, including Galaxy AI tools such as an updated Now Brief briefing feed and Nudge suggestions across select apps and notifications. Samsung says buyers will receive up to seven generations of operating-system upgrades and seven years of security updates counted from the global launch.

Launch offers reported for India include an upgrade bonus of up to Rs 8,000 on exchange, up to 30 months of no-cost EMI with select partners, bank-card cashback of about Rs 7,000, and a six-month Google AI Pro trial with 5TB of cloud storage for eligible customers. The Galaxy S26 FE was announced globally on Aug. 27; Monday’s disclosure sets the local price and availability that matter for India’s premium midrange buyers weighing Galaxy AI features against a sub-Rs 80,000 sticker.
